Don Peterson has over 30 years of varied managerial, executive and
consulting experience. While with Exxon, he gained valuable experience in
wholesale and industrial business development, financial and pricing
analysis on an international scale and general managerial experience as
the New England Manager of the Wholesale and Industrial Business group.
He has owned smaller companies in construction and real estate
development, and had experience as Vice President of Manufacturing at a
commercial cabinet and millwork company. Mr. Peterson has helped many
New England manufacturers with their continuous improvement efforts using
Lean Manufacturing, TOC and Six Sigma, most recently with the New
Hampshire Manufacturing Extension Partnership. He has also assisted in
plant layouts, management buyouts, ERP systems strategy and various
financings.

Mr. Peterson is a Director and Board member of the New Hampshire High
Technology Council, past President of the United Way and a Ruling Elder of
his local church. He served in Naval Aviation as an officer after graduation
from Montana State University with a BS in Chemical Engineering. Mr.
Peterson also holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the
University of Houston.

Don and his wife, Debbie, have two daughters and three cats. The
Petersons make their home in Londonderry, New Hampshire.
